Population samples

In sampling sources, Dem-Ist follows two main principles: the integrity and unity of the circumscription. One sample, or dataset, includes all of the recorded population from a single circumscription (with preserved information). Dem-Ist launched with two samples from this census. In the future we expect to cover many others.
